We fund the iron, the workshop and the paperwork that lets a mine run.
Parts and Parts Financial Services (Pty) Ltd is a South African financial services provider focused on mining. Our loans put yellow machinery on the pit floor, keep mining-logistics fleets in service, and clear the regulatory invoices that stand between a prospect and a producing operation.
We do not hand over cash. We settle the supplier, the OEM, the workshop, the DMRE, the DWS or your appointed Environmental Assessment Practitioner — directly, against the invoice that triggered the loan.
From a single drill bit to a R20 million guarantee, the standard does not flex: decisions in days, plain-language contracts, a named account manager from intake to settlement.
"From pit to permit — funded, paid and accounted for."
Mining-grade lending. Specification over substitution. Direct settlement to the obligation, never cash to the borrower.
Loans for excavators, loaders, dozers, drill rigs, haul trucks and OEM spares. We pay the supplier; you take delivery. Repayments structured over up to 60 months.
Working-capital loans for mining-logistics operators to service their fleet — engines, drivetrains, tyres, hydraulics — paid directly to your workshop of choice.
We settle DMRE, DWS and consultant invoices on your behalf — environmental authorisation, financial guarantees, EIA, WULA, drilling, geology and CPR.
From the bucket teeth in the ground to the geological report on the desk — one financier for the operating side and the regulatory side.

Acquisition and refit lines for fleet operators.

Direct settlement to your mining workshop.

Drilling costs and report fees, paid on time.

Competent person reports and resource modelling.
Parts and Parts pays the regulator and the consultant directly. Eleven funded line items, one account manager, one schedule.
We settle DMRE, DWS and EAPs in your name. You receive proof of payment, not a deposit you have to redirect.
Up to 60 months, sized to your project cash-flow. Restructure as your operation moves from prospecting to permit to production.
Bring the invoice, the right number and the timeline. We will quote a facility in writing.
